Our History
Conforce Limited is a pioneer and leading brick manufacturing company in Bangladesh, renowned for its excellence in the industry. Established in 1963 by Mohammad Nurul Hossain, a civil engineer, the company began production utilizing the advanced German Hoffmann Kiln technology. Since its inception, Conforce has produced bricks through automated and manual processes, ensuring quality and innovation.
Over the years, the company has diversified its offerings, producing high heat-resistant industrial bricks for factories alongside traditional bricks for residential construction. Currently, Conforce operates two Hoffmann Kilns, three Tunnel Kilns, and one Shuttle Kiln to meet production demands. The company employs around 500 skilled and dedicated workers year-round, reflecting its commitment to excellence and efficiency.
Conforce is conscious of the environmental challenges posed by brick production and is dedicated to minimizing its impact. While natural gas remains the primary fuel source, the company has adopted advanced technologies from China and India that combine coal and gas, effectively reducing environmental harm and promoting sustainability.

কনফোর্স লিমিটেড বাংলাদেশের একটি ঐতিহ্যবাহী এবং শীর্ষস্থানীয় ইট প্রস্তুতকারক প্রতিষ্ঠান৷ কনফোর্স এর প্রতিষ্ঠাতা মোহাম্মদ নুরুল হোসেন, পেশায় একজন সিভিল ইঞ্জিনিয়ার ছিলেন এবং ১৯৬৩ সনে জার্মান প্রযুক্তির Hoffmann Kiln পদ্ধতি ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে এই প্রতিষ্ঠানে ইট উৎপাদন শুরু করেন৷ যাত্রা লগ্ন থেকেই প্রতিষ্ঠানটি স্বয়ংক্রিয় ও ম্যানুয়েল পদ্ধতিতে ইট উৎপাদন করে আসছে৷
সময়ের চাহিদার সাথে সাথে প্রতিষ্ঠানটি বাসা বাড়ি নির্মাণে ব্যবহৃত ইট উৎপাদনের পাশাপাশি শিল্প কারখানায় ব্যবহৃত ইন্ডাস্ট্রিয়াল ব্রিক্স (উচ্চ তাপ সহনশীল) উৎপাদন করে আসছে৷ এছাড়াও ফেসিং ব্রিক্স, ফুটপাথ টাইল্স (Pavement Tiles), ভবনের সৌন্দর্য বর্ধনকারী Ornamental Bricks এবং বিভিন্ন ধরণের ব্লকও প্রস্তুত করে থাকে৷ কনফোর্স লিমিটেড দুটি হফম্যান কিল্ন (Hoffmann Kiln), তিনটি টানেল কিল্ন (Tunnel Kiln) এবং একটি শাটল কিল্ন (Shuttle Kiln) পরিচালনার মাধ্যমে ইট প্রস্তুত করে। বর্তমানে প্রতিষ্ঠানটিতে প্রায় ৫০০ জন দক্ষ এবং নিবেদিতপ্রান কর্মী পুরো বছর জুড়ে বিভিন্ন ধরণের ইট তৈরিতে নিয়োজিত আছেন।
কোম্পানীর ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিষদ ইট উৎপাদনে পরিবেশের উপর এর নেতিবাচক প্রভাবের ব্যপারে অবগত এবং এটি কমানোর জন্য প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ৷ ইট উৎপাদনের প্রয়োজনীয় জ্বালানীর জন্য কোম্পানী প্রাথমিকভাবে প্রাকৃতিক গ্যাসের উপর নির্ভর করে৷ কিন্তু বর্তমানে প্রাকৃতিক গ্যাসের সীমিত প্রাপ্যতার কারণে চীন এবং ভারত থেকে উন্নত প্রযুক্তি গ্রহণ করেছে যা কয়লা এবং গ্যাসের ব্যবহারকে একত্রিত করে পরিবেশগত ক্ষতি কমায়৷
কর্পোরেট সামাজিক দায়বদ্ধতার উদ্যোগের অংশ হিসেবে, কনফোর্স দরিদ্র ও সুবিধাবঞ্চিতদের স্বাস্থ্যসেবা প্রদানের জন্য সপ্তাহে দুই দিনের বিনামূল্যের Outdoor ক্লিনিক পরিচালনা করে৷ এছাড়াও কনফোর্স, সেন্টার ফর দি রিহ্যাবিলিটেশন অফ দ্য প্যারালাইজড (CRP)- এর সাথে অংশীদারিত্বে তাদের ফ্যাক্টরী প্রাঙ্গনে CRP-রাবিয়া নূর মানসিক স্বাস্থ্য ডে-কেয়ার কেন্দ্র পরিচালনা করে৷
Our Team
Conforce is a private limited company with its corporate office in Purana Paltan, Dhaka. Its management team includes the Managing Director, assisted by a Board of Directors. The General Manager of the Office and the General Manager of the Factory report to the Managing Director. The company has four main divisions: Manufacturing; Sales (including nationwide sales); R&D, Maintenance and Repairs; and other auxiliary divisions like Security. A Supervisor oversees each division.
